Lumps were added to the stucco brown coat, to give it a stone wall look.
Sheetrock mud and taped.
2-coat traditional cement-based stucco over foam on the walls, acrylic synthetic stucco on the ceiling.
skip-trowel texture on the walls and ceiling for that handcrafted look.
A coat of paint and cabinets installed make a difference!

A challenging job for a difficult client, I did most the carpentry and drywall work myself, but used Extreme Plastering for the stucco (extremeplastering.com), and was very pleased with their work.

I'll post more photos, I break it down into "phases", meaning as much progress as I can reasonably chronicle in 5 photos!

Not my design - I'm the General Contractor!
