Low-Profile Shower

Shower seats don’t have to look institutional. The SerenaSeat from HealthCraft’s Invisia Collection is a low-profile wall-mount fixture whose Brazilian-walnut (ipé) panels are naturally moisture and mildew resistant and up to three times stronger than teak. The ADA-compliant seat mounts to a hidden wall bracket and holds up to 450 lb. When closed, the SerenaSeat projects only 3 in. from the wall, and the back panel is removable for easy cleaning. Seats retail for about $400 and are available in chrome plate, brushed nickel, or powder-coat gray.
