Simple, Steady Support for a Paint Can

Give your hands a break and support heavy paint cans from the bottom with this technique

After a long day's work, you can always tell a painter by the indentation of the paint can's bail (or handle) on his hands. Fine Homebuilding reader Bryan Humphrey of Wilmington, N.C. found an easy solution to the problem by slipping a split-spiral key ring onto the bail and supporting the can from the bottom.
