Snapping multiple chalk lines
comments (1) January 10th, 2010 in Blogs, Project GalleryIf you have to snap a lot of lines (screwing down sub-floor, etc.) and you're working with a partner; just thread the metal ring at the end of your chalkline through the ring on the end of his/her chalkline...take up position at opposite ends of the line to be marked and let your line out while he reels his in. That way there is always a chalked string as you move from point to point. Simple. No need to reel a single line in to re-chalk then reel it out again.
