HERE IS MY DESIGN OF A DOOR ROUTING JIG WICH I HAVE USED FOR MANY YEARS .

THE JIG HAS MANY ADVANTAGES OVER COMMON DOOR JIGS!

DOOR AND JAMB ARE ROUTED AT THE SAME TIME IN ONE OPERATION !

SET UP IS SIMPLE, DOOR SWING LEFT OR RIGHT . DOOR FLUSH WITH TOP OF JIG JAMB AGAINST STOP BLOCK (SEE PIC. 5)

NO NAIL HOLES IN JAMB OR DOOR (THE PAINTER IS HAPPY) THAT ARE LEFT BY COMMON JIGS!

LESS TIME REQUIRED AND MORE PRECISE AS BOTH PARTS ARE ROUTED AT SAME TIME!
