4 Season Porch Conversion

Conversion of screened porch into 4 season room with radiant heat. Framing, electric and plumbing by certified contractors. All finish work done by myself, including all cabinets, trim, desktop and tile floor. My wife did all the painting.

This is the first time I have attempted a project this comprehensive.
