Ballasts for holding down plastic sheeting
comments (1) October 3rd, 2010 in Project GalleryBallasts made from pvc pipe filled with sand and capped are vey useful in holdiing down plastic sheeting when pressure washing or scraping the exterior of a house. The sheeting can be wrapped around the pipe to create a well to contain any water or debris. This is especially useful when trying to capture any lead based paint chips.
