This Job was demo the old hardwood, replace the 1x sub-floor with Plywood, And in the living room i replaced most all the floor joists, due to dry rot. The floor was originally going to be only in the kitchen remodel. The Home owner liked it so much he decided to do the entire 1st floor, and wanted all of the arrows to line up with any doors and center any walkways. You cant really see it all from the photo but in picture number 2, there is 6 doors in two hallways within a 10' radius. I went through a few blades on this job. very dense wood. In the end he was very happy with his new floor.
