After more than two decades of carpentry, I decided to design and build a portable carpenter's work bench that worked. It needed to be 4x8, take under 5 minutes to set up, be sturdy, and help me do better work. I have been using it for a year now and can say on all accounts it is a success. Check out this video of it posted on YouTube as The Ultimate Carpenter's Work Bench.

Interesting. Do you have any details showing how the table saw attaches to the bench?

Also liked the video of your shop trailer. I am about to set one up. I design and build custom wine cellars, and travel a lot. I really need to become very mobile, as I spend less and less time in my shop and more on the road. Can't set it up exactly like yours, but a lot of the features I can incorporate. Can you tell me the interior dimensions of your trailer?

Good job!

The sketchUp model saved many hours and much wood. I would go far as to say that the bench would not exist without SketchUp.
Thanks,
Ron
