This was my first shed project. It is 10'x12' and stands just over 11 feet tall at the ridge of the roof. The shed is built on a 4" thick concrete slab, the dimensions for the structure were taken from a plan that I modified to add front and back gable overhangs and vented soffits. The gable vents were custom ordered to size, with the front gable vent being made from copper. I built the doors from cedar boards that I glued up and mounted on 8" long hinges, and the siding is a pre-primed cedar clapboard siding that I stained with an oil-based acrylic opaque stain. The corner boards were made from cedar that I glued and nailed together. The gable and fascia boards are made of painted rough cedar. The shed is shingled with architectural asphalt shingles.
