Well it took nearly 6 months from the date of the last post to even get the financing approved! We closed August 5 and completed the renovation of the 8 unit mixed used historic building in Kerhonkson about 3 months later.

Well, the apartments are completely renovated; the 4 store fronts still need to be painted and cleaned but for now, the goal of providing clean, energy efficient and beautifully restored apartments has been achieved.
