Original house

We are almost at the end of our three year project. We found a 1923 Tudor style home in a great neighborhood in West Hartford, CT. The original house had not been touched in over 34 years and was 2,600 sq ft. We added a 1,500sq ft addition comprising of kitchen, dining room and master suite. We finished it in wood shingle. We then completely renovated from top to bottom the old part of the house making that wood shingle too. All new windows, insualtion, roof, chimney etc. We also added geo-thermal wells for heating a cooling. Landscaping starts next week!
