In late 2010, L J Gail, an ex-sailor, retired Physician Assistant and artist asked us to design and build her a durable energy efficient PHIUS house at the water's edge of Belfast Maine's Penobscot Bay. She wanted a small house with modest cost, and most important, a house with an understated beauty to befit the Maine waterfront site, a rare south-facing wooded bluff on the Bay just east of Belfast. The house was to be traditional in appearance and yet completely passive solar and durable enough to meet many years of the demands of the Bay's frequent rough weather. Beauty was to be sought in simple functionality and then the durability by our design and thoughtful adherence to the most progressive current building practices. We think we achieved that goal because since residency was established last November 1st, the 1453 sq.ft. house with 1297 sq.ft. of useable floor space has used a modest 981kwh or 4.6kwh per day for all its energy needs, including heat... or in other words 60 cents per day for all energy needs, including heat. This is not some estimate, this is what Jeanne has spent this last 7 months.

Of course, you can easily see there are so many laptop hard drive for sale online, when purchasing a hard drive, it's okay to purchase more gigabytes than you actually need, just like me, I love installing lots of games, so I bought a big sony laptop hard drive in advance. However, if you were to purchase less gigabytes than you actually need, this is not going to be okay because you won't be able to do the things that you want to do on your computer. Be sure to shoot for more disk space. Keep in mind that installing a hard drive on a laptop can be more complicated than installing a hard drive on a desktop computer. You also need to accommodate for the installation costs when you're going to have a company install this for you. Look online and do some comparison shopping so that you can find the best laptop hard drive for a price that makes sense for your budget.
