This St. Paul, Minnesota home started out as modest (and very original) 1950s rambler. The homeowner loved the location, but needed a larger home. She wanted to save as much of the home as possible. However, as you can see in the pictures, we were only able to keep the front stone work and a few walls -- everything else was built new. This home was also featured in the local Luxe Design Magazine and Midwest Home, and it was host to a Presidential fundraiser.
