The Thomas Place residence was built in 1959 in a fashion that was quickly outdated. The goal for this remodel was to create a timeless home in a traditional style that would last for generations. The home’s original architectural style was undefined; so one challenge was tying in the character of the existing exterior with Classical applications. The exterior was transformed with a new entry, shutters and painted brick. The interior was gutted and brought up to modern standards with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. The floor plan was also restructured for a more functional flow.
