When I purchased my house there was a recently built 20×20 building behind it. It had no insulation, electricity or drywall. The building also had no roof or soffit vents and this created a really bad condensation problem. I have done all the work on it myself. The attic is now vented. Walls and ceiling are insulated. Drywall and paint really make the room bright and deaden some of the machinery noise for my neighbors benefit. I have built cabinets, a roubo style workbench and put up shelving. It’s a great place to go create furniture for my family and friends.
