Privacy Deck Extraordinaire!

The client had an existing yard level deck and intruding neighbours. We refinished the deck adding some skirt boards, built flower boxes and an egress landing from the sun-room plus the privacy screens. The screens are set off the deck 3 feet to allow for flower beds and to enlarge the 'feel' of the space. The lattices were custom built with LED ambient lighting contained inside the overhead beam structure to extend the evening enjoyment.
