Circa:1680 Colonial Farm House on Long Island, NY
comments (0) December 4th, 2008 in Project GalleryI purchased an historic circa:1680 farm house in Cold Spring Harbor, LI, NY (50 minutes from Manhatten) that no one else would take on. It sat vacant for a very long while. It took me approx 7 years to restore as well as add on to. The additions actually brace the existing home up. I added new foundation walls, all of which were hand dug. I redid all the original crumbling plaster walls and ceilings. You can read about it in part in my web site. WWW.CLIFFORDRENOVATIONS.COM
