Combining two lots on a 700 acre lake in Central Illinois. Full custom house from start to finish incluidng the lot development and landscaping. Utilizng every bit of space in the home, some of the features are custom mantles, energy efficient Pella windows, tankless water heater, outdoor shower, home audio and automation, outdoor lighting and sound, hardwood floors, docks lake padio, stone steps, six bedrooms, custom staircase, custom cabinets, 12'byparting Pella padio doors.
