Started with a 1923 farmhouse, razed and rebuilt the existing roof, added 1400 square feet of additions, including an octagonal breakfast nook. Did framing, roofing, siding, replacement windows, interior trimwork and wood ceiling on this job.

woodsyguy81 woodsyguy81 writes: Excellent job. A great renovation to an existing farmhouse - that's the perfect example of a green structure. Rather than totally building new from scratch, reuse what you have and improve. Besides, it saves a bit of our history.
