This newly remodeled kitchen boasts an island that caters to the client’s request for space to house the sink, dishwasher, trash compactor, a microwave, a warming drawer, and a bread drawer. The higher level of the island serves as informal dining and provides ample storage below. All of the island’s features are hidden behind mahogany raised panel doors. Both island counter tops were cut from one slab of granite hand chosen by the homeowner.
