Retired - Civil Service (yes a government puke), Retired USAF (yikes, I'm a double dipper! - come on all you neo-cons, lay it on - that is unless you have "burrowed" into the Govt yourself - puts the capital "H" on the word Hipocrite - course your already very familiar with that word.
Off of the screed now. Grew up an Army brat - so with that and military service, I have been on the move all my life - having to always fix something - but without the proper tools. Now I have a garage shop that I love to work in. Making or fixing things for the family and various institution I like to associate myself with. Washington DC is a great place to live - the traffic and the self-centeredness of many of its inhabitants not withstanding. Am always amazed at how much there is to learn about woodworking - love it.

Re: How to Install Blocking to Anchor Cabinets Solidly
the leveling legs are usually round and the toekick has plastic devices screwed to the back of the toekick. These plastic devices snap around the leveling legs holding the toekick in place. The toekick is easily removed if you have to get under the cabinet. This of course is a European idea and you can see these things at any any IKEA store.
