Talented dog. I remember being on a residential roofing job 20 years ago when another roofer had his dog climb up the ladder. His German Shepherd made it up the ladder on to the raised ranch roof and staid up there for at least a half an hour. The problem came when the dog couldn't climb down the steps and a neighbor called the police and the roofer received a ticket for animal cruelty.

It's ridiculous to pay someone for an estimate all you'll get is lowball low quality pricers who don't give a darn about actually getting the work done unless you don't want a profit. In this economy there are too many home owners present or future who think nothing of the contractor making a profit. Were in the construction industry so they feel we must be dummies.
