Born in Montana and raised in Yakima, Tanna has always had an affinity for elements of structural design and aesthetics. She is not defined by one certain look and is known for her impeccable attention to details. Tanna enjoys a style that is characterized by simplicity and natural shapes, often emphasized by ample windows, an open floor plan and the idea of bringing the outdoors in.
Tanna graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing with plans to promote her own business, as an entrepreneur and visionary.
Tanna began her career by remodeling a modest three bedroom rambler. Once the project was completed, and Tanna's talents were unveiled, she quickly rose to prominence as an up and coming designer and consultant.
Tanna's passion for interior design is reflected in the beautiful surroundings that she creates. Her commitment to 'green building' and 'green design' is evident through her involvement as a team member on many LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Built Green projects.
An ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and her clients has earned Tanna a well deserved reputation as a true professional.

Re: TANNA BY DESIGN - 'think tank'
Thank you!! Actually, no...my finish carpenter did all the details in the room and I bought the shelving units from IKEA to save on expenses. The two options complimented one another beautifully :)
