Born london, but not a city boy.Started out on the long road to being a carpenter in 1983,and still love it as much today as i did then.I am a member of The Institue of Carpenters.Married to a teacher and we have three daughters.Still hav'nt found anyone who can tell me why we cannot get worm drive saws in England. Before they lay me in a mdf box i'd love to work on a timber frame house in the states....Even if its only for one day

With all the health and safety we have here in England now the hoseless guns win every time,i sold my bostich because i had to do a method statement and risk assesment everytime i got it out of the van(safety officers hate trailing leads and hoses)no one bats an eyelid when the paslode comes out,and as for maintenance its no more time consuming than sharpening a plane iron or chisel.I also have a dewalt 2nd fix 18v thats never let me down.
