Official Rules: Project House Master Bath Design Challenge

If wandering through a tile showroom or plumbing-supply store fills you with ideas for killer bath projects, we’d like to tap your imagination for our Project House Master Bath Remodel. So far, we’ve got a great design in place to turn this outdated, mid-century space into a functional and accessible master bath. Designed by architect Duncan McPherson of Samsel Architects, it will feature a wall-hung vanity with a concrete top and integral sink, a curbless shower and tiled walls. What we haven’t settled on yet are the details: the right wall and floor tile, the appropriate fixtures and color palette that will bring it all together. We’re envisioning a “calm” space incorporating neutral hues, good lighting, and, of course, water-saving fixtures. Other than that, it’s up to you. So check out our “before” photos and “after” plans, and get inspired.
