This is a powerful but no-frills right-angle sander that has some significant drawbacks. It has a single speed with no dust collection. The paddle switch must be held in the "on" position, which got tiring during our test, and the motor discharged air straight into the tester's face. There is no shroud or housing to protect the user's fingers from the spinning sander head, shaft, and pad. This 5-in. sander can accept a 6-in. pad. It uses PSA disks.
