This saw is for men not boys. I been using table saws since I was 10 years old.that was a long time ago any way . This saw has the best fence It's rock solid no movement when locked. Plenty of power and large rip capacity. Highly recomend

The fence really bothers me on this saw. I usually want to slide the fence over and you can because you have to use this gear system by turning a knob to move the fence to the left or right, which takes more time. It's a sturdy saw and can take some of the abuse as a worksite saw, but easy of movement is nonexistent. No wheels or all in one fold-up stand like most other saws have now. There are too many other saws to choose from to even consider this saw. I think that is why Dewalt made a new saw with a stand that has wheels, but it's just too expensive compared with other saws that have the same or better features.

I have had my saw for 5 years and it still runs like the day I bought it. All that it requires is periodic maintenance, lube, clean etc... I have ran a variety of material such as tin, all sorts of different species of wood, composite decking and so on through my saw with no problems what so ever. I Love the rack and pinion fence and it takes abuse well such as literally hundreds of 4x8 sheets of 3/4 plywood. I highly recommend this saw.

this table saw works good but it is heavy and ackward to handle. i prefer one with wheels on the stand for a table saw ont the move
