The cast-iron sleeve and ball-bearing components make the Hitachi EC12 a bargain. Regulator, pressure switch, and gauges all are placed together, and the ball-valve drain-cock design makes this compressor easy to use. It is oil lubricated and has twin 4.0-gal. tanks. Its air-volume capacity is 4.0 cfm at 90 psi, and its tool capacity is four finish nailers, or two roofing nailers, or one framing nailer.
