We have used ICF's (insulating concrete forms) for years on new work. With InSoFast you get the advantages of ICFs on existing concrete walls and foundations; such as energy efficiency, mold resistance, built in vapor barrier and attachment points. And it is easy to install. We have used InSoFast on a few projects and hope to use it on many more.
