The Flush-Cut Adapter provides a simple, effective, solution to the problem of broken reciprocating-saw blades when working on remodeling projects. To get into tight spots or to cut flush where the nose of the saw gets in the way, I'm often forced to chuck a long blade and count on its ability to flex. Of course, flexing the blade like this often causes it to bend horrifically or to snap completely off long before the teeth are worn down.
