Paslode recalls fuel cells

A potential fuel leak creates a fire hazard

A small percentage of Paslode’s tall red fuel cells (part #816000) are being recalled. Paslode determined that the metering valve can leak fuel when attached to the fuel cell, creating a potential fire hazard. Return cells stamped with “Best Use” dates 09 AUG 2009, 10 AUG 2009, 11 AUG 2009 as well as cartons marked 11 FEB 2008, 12 FEB 2008, and 13 FEB 2008 to the place of purchase. See www.paslode-cordless.com, or call Paslode at 800-222-6990 for more information.
