Small footprint- Big view

This living room and narrow deck afford the homeowners with an almost 180 degree view of San Francisco. Standard lot size in this neighborhood is 25 feet by 75 feet, but wrapping floor to ceiling windows around two sides of this room make the relatively small footprint of the house feel much larger. The entire cityscape becomes part of the space.
