Jordan Goldman

Mechanicals/HVAC expert Jordan Goldman is the Engineering Principal at ZeroEnergy Design, in addition to managing the firm’s first mechanical design practice. A certified Passive House consultant, a LEED accredited professional, and a HERS rater, he is fluent in building-envelope strategies, energy-efficient construction systems, and building-science design principles, as well as in the design, specification, and sizing of mechanical systems for enhanced energy performance. He studied Environmental Engineering at Cornell, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering.
