Hi all
I’m in the market for a new pinner, and I’m looking for some feedback on what you think the best one is. I’m a finishing carpenter, so this will be one of my main tools, and I’m looking for something that will work all day, leave a minimum of nasty marks and never jamb.
Price is not an issue. Any thoughts?

what gage. I personally love my pasload T200- F18 (18 gauge) no marring, never had a jamb and a good nose to see where you're shooting
hmmmm, your post perplexs me
I use a porter cable BN200A 18 ga. shoots 3/4 - 2". Never had a jamb, never let me down 3 years of use but not everyday only when we are finishing, we do the whole home building process.
Plus the tips are easy to find because the use the same thing for stapler ect...
I'm looking for a 2" - 18 guage brad nailer. I'm thinking of a senco finish pro-18. anyone use it?
we have a bostich pinner... and a couple bostich bradguns... and a couple bostich finish guns

I've had the finishpro for several yrs. Worked like a charm-I loved it. The sfn2 came out of the van less often.
Lately-hate it.
No fires-fires, but no nail. No jamb. Had it apart and seals were replaced 2-3 times.
Either take it in again or buy something else.
I'm telling ya, I did love everything about that gun. And if someone could fix it-and it lasts-I would be on a second honeymoon.A Great Place for Information, Comraderie, and a Sucker Punch.

You don't mention the size of nail, 15g, 18g or micro pinner?
If your looking for the Rolls Royce of nailers then the Max cant be beat - you did say price is of no concern!

BTW, that micro pinner that Smith shows you is nice but my Cadex can do everything that can and then some, it can shot a slight headed micro pin along with the headless pin!

Mine is more like a nice Caddy and yours reminds me of those Cudas from the 70's - good car but not a Caddy!
I think they are both about the same. They are both made in the same factory to similar specs.

That comes off pretty nicely. You get used to it not being there after awhile......and one or two "accidental" shots!
