Anyone know a source for a 2-roll toilet paper holder which surface mounts? I have seen a heavy commercial chrome-plated model with push button release to change rolls. Looks real nice and I want to put one in my guest bath. I have checked all the local (South Bend) plumbing houses and none carry 2-roll holders or have the slightest idea where to get one.
Thanks,
Sam Rea

graingers carries a side-by-side two roll..3P914...
*I would say Grainger's too, but they don't sell retail :(Try a commercial janitorial service, they probably can point you in the right direction. Here's another spot: http://www.cbspecialties.com/
*Graingers does sell retail, just visit their website, probably Grainger.com. A good commercial door supplier, hardware, closers should have a commercial line of tp holders, towell bins, mirrors etc. Carted just what you're looking for, for many years. Just installed it in the bath of a commercial customer. Persona free grata, a sorta thanks for the work. Two roll, with stainless shelf above. Gave em a bar menu holder too. Good magazine rack. They loved it. New executive washroom. If you cant find it, email and I'll make a call to get manufacturer.
*This is from an older catalog (1999) so the price may be different Barnett 800-288-2000 orBarnett
*Why?
*That's what I was thinking, just keep the spare roll under the sink.
*Hey BU YONG XIE Been lurkin for a long time and I think it might be time to start posting . ALLWAYS !!!!!! Have a roll under the sink ! "ROLLING UNDER THE SINK" in NOVY
*And where do you get that nasty see-thru-it slick paper to go with it? Joe H
*try bobrick. high quality. good choices.
*I'd go the extra mile and get the kind with a key- keep them from swiping the extra roll when they leave.:)

Thanks guys for the inputs. I checked the Grainger catalog but did not see anything suitable for home use. However, the catalog indicated a "Franklin Brass" product which I followed up on and they have a 2-roll holder.
Why do I want one? Because they are out there and it has been a big challenge finding it. Now I am the only one on my block with a 2-roller.

Must be a family with lots of women, they go thru paper like no man can imagine.
My friend has several daughters and they finally remodeled the bathroom with a TP "cubby", kind of a trimmed out box built in to the wall beside the commode that can hold 6 or 8 rolls (instead of a holder). Now when one rolls empty just pick up another!
It looks fine and everyone who sees it comments on the logic.
I think that a two-roll holder would look kind of commercial - used to know one guy with a URINAL(!) in his bathroom. All the neighbor kids used to come in and point and laugh...
*Nothing wrong with a two-toilet paper holder. Ever use the toilet in a customer's house, run out of toilet paper while you're using it, and have no idea where they keep the extra toilet paper? And then, either you can't reach it, or they don't even have a kleenex box in there either. How about this one: I did a bathroom remodel for a customer who not only wanted two toilet paper holders installed next to the toilet, but wanted a second toilet in the same bathroom (they have a small house, and only have room for one bathroom). He said that when they get home and he gets sat down, then his wife comes in and says: "How long are you gonna be?!!!" So, whatever the customer wants, right? Now they have a his and hers toilet in their bathroom. I sometimes run into the same thing at my house. Kinda tempting.
*Reminds me of a blueprint I got once - It had "his and hers" toilets facing each other on opposite walls in the master bath. I'm not sure that's the way I'd want to sit and meditate.............
*The place for the urnial is in the garge. That way you don't have to take your boots off.
