I tried to locate an 8″ or 9″ table saw and it seems only 10″ + saws are being sold. Doesn’t anybody sell anything smaller?

You can get them on E-bay. I think Makita still makes it's 8 14".
Already tried that, it seems it's a discontinued item.
Thanks.
You want a portable one or something stationary? You can get old craftsman 8" saws on Craigslist for 0-$50. Though, you get what you pay for.
Why?
Makita did make a 8 1/4" saw, I Have a blade for one if you find the saw.
New Freud, bought by mistake to fit my Sawbuck.

I have the Freud slide compound saw..wanna part with that blade? I had 3 one is too far gone to sharpen again, and one is AWOL, and I have one on it now...I'll pay ya fer it, if it is cheaper than a NEW one. LOL Spheramid Enterprises Architectural Woodworks

Duane, now that you asked I went and dug it out. It's 8 1/2" not 8 1/4" - 5/8 arbor, 60 tooth sez 8 1/2" sliding compound miter. On the package # TK604
I had a real brain fart when I bought it thinking it would fit the sawbuck. Nice blade, bad fit for my saw. $25.00 + postage if you want it.
Anybody want to buy a Sawbuck? Another don't use it anymore thing taking up room.
Joe H
Dat's the one I was thinking of..we'll exchange addies off the board, I'll take it.

If you find a buyer ask him if he want's two, we've had one sitting in the shop here for longer then I've been employed, and the only time someone touches it is when it's in the way of something else...
You might consider ebaying it - seems to be somewhat of a following for this tool. link
I'm going to set up a dedicated saw for cutting dovetails. Either a bench or floor model will be okay, I'll put it on rollers to get it out of the way when not being used.
Here´s a small one!
