Go to that site and study that contract. If you follow it to a tee, you’ll be in good shape on your small remodeling jobs.

I’d post it here but it’s 23 pages long.

    I dont know man. Most of my small remodels would be done before the homeowner finished reading that........

      Yeah, imagine whipping that out for a bathroom paint job. There was other good stuff at that site though.
