can you help me ? in the past i have seen an advertisement for hinges that are adjustable . I can no longer find this product . They are hinges that have some sort of screw that adjust the reveal to fine tune heavy doors that tend to bend hinges and create improper margins and can cause havock with strike plates. Thanks Mike

Mike,
I haven't seen any door butts that are adjustable, but I'm interested.

*I think I remember Andersen french doors having adjustable hinges, but it's been awhile. I dont recall seeing adjustable butt hinges available to the public, but I bet their out there.Chuck
*I remember an older episode of This Old House where Tommy was using them for the first time. Can't remember if it was old Bob, or early Steve. Possibly post on their site (I'd assume you can to ask Norm a Q) and they may remember. I've never seen it in person. Jeff
*Michael - Unfortunately, I don't know where to get them but I know that they come on Kolbe & Kolbe French Doors as an option. If no one else can find them, I suppose you might be able to e-mail Kolbe and ask them who the manufacturer is. Or I might be able to get them as a replacement part through my K & K distributor.
