searched the archives and i still cant find the answer to my question about roof venting…
i live in gearhart oregon…next the the pacific ocean, temps are mild 50’s in the winter 80 in the summer, and loads of rain and wind…fog and gray
what i have here is a 2×10 hand cut roof, one on a 10/12 pitch and another on a 5/12 pitch
i really want the best venting and breathing systen in this house (one of the key features to a good building i think)
im doing exposed soffits and tails so how often and how many two inch hole do i need to drill in my :bird blocks:
planning to run a continus ridge vent..some people have told me to drill holes every 3 block some have said drill holes every block(which i dont want to do because of astetics)
thanks for all your bitch’n input
