anotther basement vapor barrier ?

I am finishing off my basement and have a fairly simple question.
my house is a half walkout(3 feet poured foundation ,5 feet wood) 90% of the basement walls are insulated to floor and polyed. I have built stud walls approx. 1″ from foundation . Should I if i decide to insulate wall cavities, cut existing poly and repoly stud wall insulation or can i just insulate and then drywall
