Saw this on another site. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

Can’t tell from here what caused it. Perhaps your best bet is to call some carpenters for free estimates and while they are there, pick there minds, “what do you think caused this and what needs to be done to fix it”. Then after you get that info from them, throw them out of your house and fix it yourself if you can.

I think I know that other site.
*Some people are pretty rude. This kinda attitude is what gives contractors a bad rap. people see this and judge the whole by one. Kinda sad don't ya think
*Been therejim
*A few people have picked my brain about their electrical while assuring me that of course, I was the man for the job. Didn't hear anything from them for a while... Of course they did the job themselves. When problems start showing up, I'll probably end-up being blamed for them (didn't I after all, "tell" them how to do it). Life is full of hypocrites, but we learn to ignore these individuals and dedicate ourselves to customers that truely appreciate our work and social skills.fv
