take a look at deckorators.com theirs are powder coated aluminum and come in 8 or 9 colors. They are about $2/ea, you can use their knobs for attaching or drill holes.

We just built a small deck with Elk Railways.  I tried to search it on the internet for a link but it appears Elk's site is down.  The web-site is Elkcorp.com

I was a little leery at first but it turned out pretty well.  Available only in 6 & 8' lengths from what my supplier told me.  It appears to be a composite with a plastic or vinyl coating over it.

I am not understanding if what you are looking for is paintable wood or the composite that needs no paint...

There is something that seems wrong with your numbers there that jumps out at me...

you would need more than two posts in twenty feet, unless perhaps both ends of this attach to the house and these two posts are only the mid-posting of it.

And to maintain 4" or less spaces between balusters, you would need more like 44-48 of them in that distance. check to be sure you are doing this to modern standards to avoid liability and not just replace as is

I don't have a product by name then, but do have a suggestion to considerLook for a composite with PVC skin, or like someone mentioned, a metal rail powdercoated. The plain PVC rails will sag tremendously in summer heat
