Saw this in the Richmond craigslist. I think I have seen this barn from the highway. Looks like it would be best to just push it over.

Back in the 70's when barnwood was really big we tore a barn down. We had a problem boards brittle & breaking. Then we went back, not by chose, in the rain.!!!
Boards just pulled off by hand, spongy, nails pulled right threw. Stack it flat to dry, just the ticket.
