Does anyone know of a good published work about remodeling a basement? I have a dry basement with the occasional sweaty pipes. I am mostly concerned about wall framing and construction to ensure there is no moisture damage. Please email me with any ideas.

Encase pipes with foam insulation. That should end the moisture problem.
Dehumidifier is a must. All basement rehabs I do include metal framing, moisture resistant drywall, insulation, vapor barrier, and top quality paints....regardless of how much assurance HO gives that "its a dry basement".
I believe FHB had a decent article a while back.
