basement wall caved in from water pressure
This was crazy. basement wall caved in from water pressure. Luckily no one was hurt. And this was due to “flooding” which means here in minnesota, its not covered!? what do you guys think?

Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

Not trying to be a smart azz , but think about what?
Can't make out much from the pictures, but this certainly happens. As to being caused by "flooding" that's hard to say. One has to suspect that you ignored warning signs, though -- was the wall bowing before this? How old is the place? What is the basement wall construction -- poured concrete, concrete block, treated wood?
oh sorry... about insurance not covering this kind of damage. i suppose one wouldn't really know unless they had policy in hand. but in MN most typical home insurance policies don't cover flood damage.
