My bathroom faucet is dripping when I turn the high temp water off something over the top. If I turn the heated water off all the way till it stops without anyone else the faucet drips. 

 

If I move the hot water towards turning it on only a little, at that point it won’t drip. Does this sense? It resembles there is a sweet spot to turn it off totally. If I swing too much whichever way water will come out.
