hello,i have a solid rocker arm assembly in my bathtub.the control lever no longer operates the stopper end. it seems that that the striker is fused to the solid rocker arm.i tried removing the control lever and the  stopper assembly end and sprayed wd 40,liquid wrench into it.also the strainer is frozen onto the tub shoe.any ideas besides having to cut the strainer out and remove the overflow,shoe,,tee from the drain line.house is 50 years old. jvl
