Does anyone have any suggestions for bending PVC trim? This is PVC trim purchased from Lowe’s not Azek. Should I bend it around a form? What should I use for a heat source – heat gun, water, etc.?

What kind of trim? And now much do you want to bend it?
As Bill said, what type of trim is it? There are different type of trim that are not PVC like azek, etc, some have other ingredients that may not be capable of being bent.
Actually I was thinking about the pattern.7/16" baseboard would be much, much different than 4" crown. But more details on the product would be helpful also.
I used a piece of the fake wood shoe mould to trim the bottom step of a stair, and it had a curved end. I put the trim in the oven for just a few minutes on about 150, carefully bent it and held untril it cooled. I had to heat it about three times cuz I wasn't in a hurry and didn't want to snap it, or have it completely limp. A hair dryer or heat gun would also work. Don't get it too hot or it will bubble and/or discolor.

Thanks for your responses.
The trim is brick mould and is pretty thick. I need to bend it 90 degrees over roughly twenty four inches. I could do two separate pieces, but would rather not.

I believe the product is made by EverTrue.
I would consider using two people and a heat gun. Fasten one end temporarily and bend it in place. Go slow and heat mostly the section that is bending.
