   I just posted (couple weeks ago) a question similar to this about drawer slides over on Knots.  Got a lot of good replies - go check it out.   I decided on Woodworker's Hardware for hinges and slides.  Drawer/cabinet pulls still undecided, but probably just gonna get Amerocks from HD.

   I'll tag on with WWHardware. Been buying most of my stuff from them since '96.

   They're usually pretty good with shipping, but once they did the most bizarre thing with a partial order backorder shipment.

   According to the packing list, three 28" 150# KV slides, two tiny bags of screws, and a bag of shelf pins and inserts were sent in a HUGE box, about 30" tall by 24" square.

   The slides had poked a hole through the side of the box, one bag of screws was missing, and the bag with the inserts (qty: 1000!) had broken open. There were maybe a few hundred inserts in the box, the remainder seem to have been used as a bread crumb trail between WWHardware and my house, courtesy of UPS.
